孔冷挤压残余应力计算与工艺参数确定

Residual Stress Calculation and Technical Parameter Determination for Hole Cold_Extrusion Process

利用弹塑性理论建立了孔冷挤压的载荷、位移、应力以及残余应力分布表达式；对与疲劳寿命紧密相关的切向残余应力计算式进行了试验验证，结果表明：理论计算与试验结果基本符合；并提出了确定合适挤压量的方法。

The expressions of load, displacement, stress and residual stress distribution for hole cold_extrusion process are established by using elastic_plastic theory. Tangential residual stress formula closely related to fatigue is verified. The result shows that theoretical calculation conforms to the test result. The method to determine the suitable extrusion variable is put forward.
