摘要
为了得到最佳的坐标测量精度,本文针对线阵CCD交汇测量系统的结构参数进行优化设计。首先建立了优化设计的数学模型,然后用计算机进行仿真,得出了在不同靶面下满足要求的最优结构参数,并给出了靶面误差分布的三维图。
In order to obtain optimal measuring precision, the optimal designing is done to the structure parameters of the line scan CCD intersection measuring system. A math model of the optimal designing is established, and simulation is finished by using computer. Then the optimal parameters of the structure to each target area is arrived and the 3 D pattern of measuring errors is given.
