摘要
糖基化终末产物(AGEs)是持续高血糖状态下多种蛋白质非酶糖基化反应的终末产物。AGEs通过与其受体(RAGE)结合,激活细胞内信号通路、增强氧化应激,诱导细胞因子、炎性介质的释放,促进糖尿病肾病的发生、发展。阻断AGEs-RAGE系统在糖尿病肾病中的作用,对糖尿病肾病的防治具有重要意义。
The advanced glycation end products(AGEs) is the end products of many proteins after the nonenzymatic glycation reaction during continuous hyperglycemia. Ligation of RAGE by AGEs results in intracellular signaling, which lead to activation of oxidative stress and induce growth factor expression. The AGE-RAGE system should be, therefore,a candidate molecular target for overcoming diabetic nephropathy.
