SYNTHESIS OF PENTAERYTHRITOL DIACETALS AND DIKETALS CATALYZED BY HETEROPOLYACID-POLYMER COMPOSITE FILM

摘要 实验以制备的Keggin型磷钨酸-乙烯醇复合膜催化剂,催化合成季戊四醇双缩苯甲醛。考察了反应物料配比、反应时间、催化剂用量及催化剂稳定性对催化剂活性的影响,最佳工艺条件为:季戊四醇0.05 mol,n(苯甲醛):n(季戊四醇)=2:1,催化剂0.4 g,环己烷带水剂用量20 mL,88~96℃回流反应3.0 h,季戊四醇双缩苯甲醛的收率可达86.0%以上。 A H3PW12O40-polymer composite film catalyst was prepared and used for the synthesis of dibenzalpenlpentaerythritol. Effects of ratios of reactants, reaction time, amounts of catalyst and catalyst stability on the catalyst activity were investigated. Experimental results showed that the optimum conditions were: 0.05 tool pentaerythritol, n(benzaldehyde ) : n(pentaerythritol) = 2.0 : 1.0, 0. 4 g catalyst, 20 mL cyclohexane, reaction temperature 88 - 96℃ and reaction time 3.0 h. Under the optimized conditions, the yield of dibenzalpenlpentaerythritol was above 86.0%.
