摘要
以双叔丁基过氧化异丙基苯(BIPB)为交联剂、三烯丙基异三聚氰酸酯(TAIC)为交联助剂制备了交联软质聚氯乙烯(PVC),并研究其不同用量及工艺条件对交联PVC凝胶含量的影响。结果表明:当BIPB用量为1份,TAIC用量为4份,在178℃下交联反应11min时,PVC凝胶含量可以达到48.9%。
The crosslinked flexible polyvinyl chloride (PVC) were obtained by using bis (tert-butylperoxy) (BIPB) ascrosslinking agent and triallyl isocyanurate (TAIC) as crosslinking additives. The influence of BIPB and TAIC content and preparation conditions on the gel content of crosslinked PVC was studied. The results indicated that the gel content of crosslinked plasticized PVC turned to be 48.9% under the condition of 178 ℃, 11 rain with the content of BIPB was 1 phr and TAIC was 4 phr.
