为扩大蒸汽发生器管间视频检查的范围,对SMA双程驱动器进行了分析比较,计算确定了SMA弹簧和偏压弹簧的参数,研制了用偏动式SMA双程驱动器驱动的微小型3-CSR并联机构,实现了微型摄像头的位姿调整.
To expand the inspection scope outside the pipelines of steam - generators. The characteristies of two - way SMA actuators are analyzed. The parameters of SMA spring and bias spring are decided. A micro 3 -CSR parallel mechanism actuated by bias two - way SMA actuators is developed to adjust the pose of the micro camera effectively.
