摘要
文章根据工程实例,分析了项目建设运行中给防洪安全与河道管理带来的问题,提出相应的措施。
Through experiences of some engineering examples,the present situation of related construction projects along the Huaihe River are summarized and flood prevention and river management affected by project operation are analyzed,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and makes some suggestions.
