摘要
根据售后服务质量信息，运用鱼刺图法分析了油封漏油质量问题的因果关系，改进了油封装配质量。
According to the quality information of after sale service the causality of the quality problems of the oil seal is analysed by adopting the fish bone chart, and the method to improve the seal quality is developed.
