摘要
分析了磨削液的冷却润滑机制和陶瓷结合剂CBN砂轮的堵塞机制;设计和完成了超高速点磨削砂轮堵塞试验;研究了超高速点磨削试验喷嘴形式和喷嘴布置,提出了将磨削区磨削液高压注入和非磨削区常压清洗相结合的超高速点磨削供液方式。
The grinding fluid mechanism of cooling and lubrication and the mechanism of vitrified bond grinding wheel loading were analyzed. The wheel loading test of super high speed point grinding was designed and completed. The nozzle form and nozzle disposal of super high speed point grinding were studied, and a fluid supply method was provided by com- bining the high pressure fluid injection to the grinding contact zone and the cleaning of non-grinding zone.
