Summarize and analyze the concept, legislation status,ethics study of euthanasia, and attitudes from different groups towards it.Also,some construction and assumption of this point were presented：medical staffshould accept the new concept and new point of view about the euthanasia,and to carry out the deathbed solicitude,following the rules strictly, so as to access the destination of both legal and ethics,and to do some effort to the legislation of euthanasia in China.
