摘要 文章总结了中国船级社疲劳强度评估方法中的许用应力范围方法。该方法用10种主要载荷控制参数下的等效设计波作为基本的计算载荷工况,通过基本计算载荷工况进行组合后求解疲劳应力范围。推导了疲劳许用应力范围计算公式和不同概率水平下疲劳应力的转换关系。对不同S-N曲线形式的许用应力范围进行了讨论,给出了中国船级社疲劳强度许用应力范围表格。用实例进行了验证。 This paper summarize the permissible stress range method for fatigue strength analysis which was adopted in guidance of China Classification Society (CCS). In this method, 10 equivalent design wave (EDW) state under the amplitude of dominant load parameter reaching to maximum is used as fundamental loading condition to calculate the fatigue stress,and the fatigue stress range can be calculated through the combination of fundamental loading condition.The permissible stress range formula and transfer factor of fatigue stress range were deduced.The values of permissible stress range were discussed corresponding to different S-N curves, and table of permissible stress range was given, this method was also checked by calculation on hatch comer of typical container vessel.
