大跨度斜拉桥过桥水管振动关键问题研究 被引量:7

摘要 温州市大门大桥是连接大(小)门岛港区与温州大陆的跨海大桥。为解决大(小)门岛供水供电,大桥上敷设有2根直径100 cm水管和4回路220 kV高压供电管线。以大门大桥斜拉主桥为工程背景,对跨海斜拉桥大直径过桥水管振动关键问题进行研究。主要从水管恒定流振动效应和非恒定流水锤作用两方面着手。通过流固耦合场分析输水管道内恒定流频率,并与桥梁的固有频率进行比较,结果表明二者不存在共振问题。并采用拟静力的方法研究水锤效应。分析表明大直径水管对主桥影响有限,不会影响桥梁结构的安全运营及行车舒适度。 The Damen Bridge in Wenzhou City is a sea-crossing cable-stayed bridge connecting the harbor areas on the Damen and Xiaomen Islands with the mainland of Wenzhou City. To supply the water and power to the two islands, two φ100 cm water pipes and four 220 kV high voltage power lines are laid on the bridge. Against the background of the bridge, the critical problems in relation to the vibration of large diameter water pipes on the type of the bridge are studied. The study is made mainly from the two aspects of the steady flow vibration effect and the non-steady flow water hammer effect in the pipes. The frequency of the steady flow in the pipes is analyzed via the fluid-solid coupling filed and the frequency is compared to the natural frequency of the bridge. It is found that the problem of the resonance does not exist between the two kinds of the frequency and moreover, the water hammer effect is also studied by the quasi-static force method. The results of the study show that the influence of the vibration of the pipes on the bridges is limited and the vibration will not have influence on the safe operation and traveling comfort of the bridge.
