利用PLC和组态软件等技术工具,设计了某站输油生产自动监控系统,该监控系统主要是对站场中各工艺设备状态、过程、各种操作以及调节指令的检测与控制,它将现场仪表与计算机结合起来并针对整个生产系统,达到集中管理、控制,将危险分散的目的。
A automatic monitoring system of oil transportation production has been designed with PLC and configuration software, etc. technical tools. This monitoring system is mainly to detect and control the equipments state, process, operation and adjust instruction. It combines field instruments with the computer, and achieves centralized management, control and disperse of dangerous purpose for the entire production system.
