摘要 肾脏是泌尿系统的组成器官之一,不仅是一个单纯的排泄器官,而且是一个对内环境和正常生理活动调节有着关键影响作用的器官,肾小球球旁器在肾脏调节水盐代谢和自身稳定的过程中发挥重要的作用。近年来的研究发现:在哺乳动物肾脏内,ATP是致密斑(Macula densa,MD)参与的管球反馈(Tubuloglomerular feedback,TGF)过程中的信息传递物质;前列腺素E2(Prostaglandin E2,PGE2)在MD调节肾素分泌的过程中是至关重要的。
