摘要
目的本文综合实地采样、标本查阅和文献研究结果,应用ArcGIS和气候数据库提取栀子各样点生态因子,通过统计学手段分析得出生态因子的最适范围:活动积温54387.43℃-56816.57℃;年均温19.98℃-24.02℃;相对湿度75.35%-85.05%;年均日照时数1668.27h-1705.73h;年降水量1445.63mm-1481.37mm;6月均温20.82℃-25.18℃;3月均温:10.87℃-11.13℃;10月均温:17.82℃-18.18℃;7月均温25.38℃-31.42℃;7月最高温30.50℃-36.30℃;土壤类型主要为红壤、水稻土等,同时应用层次分析法对生态因子综合分析确定因子权重,并以此为依据利用中药材产地适宜性分析平台(TCMGIS-Ⅱ)对栀子的生态适宜区进行分析,结果表明:与栀子生态因子相似度为95%-100%的区域主要集中于中国的东南部地区,以江西为中心,主要包括湖南、浙江、福建、广西等省份,适宜面积为335878.10km2,占总适宜面积的92.24%,其中江西适宜面积最大,包括86个县市,面积达123318.40km2,占总适宜面积的33.87%;相似度为90%-95%的区域共涉及约647个县市的357404.12km2,其中湖南适宜面积最大(面积50553.49km2,比例28.04%),福建分布面积次之。总体来讲,栀子适宜区集中在长江流域下游的江南山地区和江南丘陵区,基本涵盖《中国常用中药材》记载栀子的分布范围,并预示了新的和潜在的适生区,为栀子GAP科学选址、引种栽培及合理规划生产布局等提供参考。
Objective The ecological factors for Gardenia jasminoides Ellis were investigated statistically with the application of ArcGIS. Considering the field survey, specimens reference and literature investigation, the results showed that the optimal range of ecological factots of Gardenia as following: 54387.43℃ - 56816.57℃ for active accumulated temperature, 19.98℃ - 24.02℃ for mean annum temperature, 75.35% - 85.05% for relative humidity, 1668.27h - 1705.73h for annual sunshine time, 1445.63mm - 1481.37mm for annual precipitation. The average temperature in March, June, July and October were 10.87℃ -11.13℃, 20.82℃ -25.18℃, 25.38℃ -31.42℃ and 17.82℃ - 18.18℃, respectively. The highest temperature in July was 30.5℃ - 36.3℃ and the soil type is red soil, paddy soil, and soon. Also, the analysis of the appropriate area of Gardenia by TCMGIS - Ⅱ showed that the suitable area of Gardenia ( similarity as 95% - 100% ) wax located in the Southeastern China, such as Hunan, Zhejiang, Fujian, Guangxi and Jiangxi Province as the center. Its sum area was 335878.10 square kilometer, taking up 92.24% of the total suitable area in China. Among these provinces Jiangxi is the largest one, with the area of 123318.4 square kilometer and including 86 cities, taking up 33.87% of the total suitable area. The suitable area of Gardenia (similarity as 90% - 95% ) includes 647 cities and counties, with the area of 357404.12 square kilometer. Hunan province took up the largest (50553.49 square kilometer, 28.04% ), followed by Fujian province. In general, the suitable area of Gardenia in this study concentrated in Mountains and hilly area of the Yangtze River catchment lower reaches and covered the" Chinese herbal medicines commonly used", the distribution range of Gardenia recorded, indicating potentially suitable area and providing reference for selection of Gardenia GAP site, cultivation and rational planning of production and layout.
