摘要
由于科技型中小企业具有高技术性、高成长性和高风险性等特点,加之目前竞争激烈,使科技型中小企业的发展存在很大的不确定性。金融危机过后如何尽快恢复实力、培育竞争优势,是目前科技型中小企业急需解决的问题。探讨了如何建立员工忠诚、降低经营成本并打造核心竞争力的问题。
Science and technology enterprises in China are being affected by the enormous survival pressure from serious financial crisis, and even frequently collapse. As the small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises are with high-tech, high growth, high-risk characteristics, the enterprises are still facing the current competitive environment, there are still great uncertainties in their development. It is an urgent business problem to solve, which is how to restore power as soon as possible to foster a competitive advantage after the financial crisis. Obviously, it is an important guarantee to hold a stable team for its continuous development. Now it is a key issue in the development, how to establish employee loyalty, reduce operating costs and build the core competitiveness in order to avoid operational risk in small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises.
