摘要
随着天津城市的快速发展,对配电网的可靠性提出了越来越高的要求。针对天津现状配电网在供电可靠性方面存在的薄弱环节和问题,提出提高天津配网可靠性的建设方案。以天津新、老典型区域配电网为例,从负荷供应能力、不间断供电能力、停电影响控制能力、供电恢复能力四方面对现状配电网进行了评价分析,在此基础上全面给出了典型区域提高供电可靠性的规划建设方案。应用可靠性评价指标对规划效果进行了分析,结果表明典型区域配电网的可靠性在规划后得到了较大的提高,说明规划方案的正确性和有效性。
With the rapid development of Tianjin,the reliability of distribution networks has become increasingly exigent. In view of the problems and weak points on power supply reliability in Tianjin current distribution network,a development scheme was put forward for improving the reliability. Taking a new and an old typical district of Tianjin for examples, the current distribution network was analyzed from four aspects,including load supply ability, uninterrupted power supply ability, outage influence controlling ability and power supply recovering ability. Then a thorough development scheme of the two typical districts for improving the power supply reliability was given. Planning results were analyzed using a calculated reliability evaluation index, and show that the reliability of the typical districts is greatly raised after plannng, which demonstrates the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed scheme.
