摘要
充填采矿环境下的生产爆破,将对充填体、巷道和顶板产生爆破振动效应等不利影响。基于爆破振动预测的经验公式和装药水平理论,综合采用质点振动速度(PPV)和振动频率双重指标,提出了在充填采矿环境下的各种采矿构筑物的强度判据,预测了在充填采矿环境下的爆破振动效应,确定了正常生产爆破时单段炸药的折减系数和控制药量。建议在回采矿柱时,在临近充填体边上采用预裂缝降振技术,以及加强爆破管理,可以实现矿山的安全生产。
The production blasts at filling mining condition should produce adverse effects as blasting vibration to the filling body, tunnel and roof. Based on the empirical formula for forecasting blasting vibration and the theory of charge weight ,the safety criterion to the mining structure were proposed combining the peak particle velocity(PPV) and vibration frequency, that predicting the blasting vibration and determining reasonable max charge amount per delay. The pre-splitting crack around the filling body could reduce the blasting vibration in robbing.
