Based on summing up the research achievements on the human capital property and motivation mechanism,and through analyzing the characteristics of human capital property of professional and technical talents and the present situation of motivation mechanism for professional and technical talents,this paper constructs the motivation mechanism of human capital property for professional and technical talents.
