摘要
目的探讨锁定加压钢板治疗股骨远端复杂类型骨折的疗效。方法对2007-05/2009-01用锁定加压钢板通过微创技术治疗15例高能量创伤所致的股骨远端复杂类型骨折患者进行分析,男7例,女8例,平均年龄41岁(21~64岁)。AO分型C2型6例,C3型9例。结果15例获得随访,随访时间820个月,平均14个月,骨折均临床愈合,无感染及内固定物断裂等并发症发生。术后膝关节功能HSS评分:优6例,良8例,差1例,优良率为93%。讨论用锁定加压钢板通过微创技术治疗高能量创伤所致的股骨远端复杂类型骨折创伤小,对软组织的干扰少,能够获得并维持稳定的固定,有利于骨折的早期愈合,减少并发症的发生。
Objective TO investigate the application of locking compression plate fixation in the treatment of complex distal femoral fractures. Methods From May 2007 to January 2009, 15 cases of distal femoral fractures were treated with locking compresion plate. There were 7 males and 8 females with average age of 41 years (21 -64 years old). By AO classification, 6 cases were C2 -type, 9 cases were C3 -type. Results The 15 cases were followed up for 6 -20 months( average: 14 months) , all fractures healed without infec- tion, internal fixation material fracture and other complications occurred. The evaluation of HSS knee function score indicated that the efficacy was excellent in 6 cases, good in 9 cases and poor in 1 case, the excellent rate was 93%. Conclusion Less wound to the body and less interference to soft tissue would be obtained by using locking compression plate with a minimally invasive wound to treat complex distal femur fracture caused by high - energy trauma, which would provide and maintain a stable fixation, facilitate early healing of fracture and reduce the complication.
