摘要
以甲基丙烯酸十二酯和甲基丙烯丁酯为单体、水为分散相、过氧化苯甲酰为引发剂,采用悬浮聚合法合成高吸油性树脂。研究了交联剂浓度、共聚单体比、引发剂用量、水油比、分散剂用量和反应温度等对高吸油性树脂性能的影响。
The high oil - absorbing resin consisting of crosslinked copolymer of butyl methacrylate and dodecyl methacrylate was prepared by suspension polymerization.In the polymerizing reaction system, two monnmers were polymerized by using BPO as initiator, water as dispersal phase. The effects of the amount of initiator, copoly-merization and copolymerization temperature etc. on conversion and properties of the copolymer were discussed.
