摘要 提出一种变电站无功电压协同优化与复合控制系统,控制系统采用枚举算法在设定的约束条件下,以变电站有功损耗最低、电压波动最小为目标,寻优确定变压器投退、抽头调整及静止无功补偿器(staticvar compensator,SVC)装置的补偿方式,同时使变压器运行在经济运行区间。仿真表明复合控制系统可对因负载变化、变压器投切、抽头调整等工况引起的无功和电压波动进行跟踪,并实施在线补偿,经工程验证证明对变压器经济运行、平抑电压和无功波动、抬升变电站供电质量都有显著效果。 Enumeration algorithm was adopted in the control system to optimally determine transformer on-off, tap adjustment and compensation strategy of static vat compensator (SVC) under restrained conditions to minimize the active power loss and voltage fluctuation while the transformer operating in economy operation section. Simulations indicate that the control system can tracks and compensates reactive power and voltage fluctuation caused by loads changing, transformer on-off and tap adjustment rapidly on line. Engineering verification shows that the control system has remarkable positive effect on transformer economic operation, restraining fluctuations of reactive power and voltage and uplifting the power supply quality of power substation.
