摘要
采用响应面分析法(RSM)研究卡拉胶浓度、甘油浓度、干燥温度对卡拉胶—明胶复合膜拉伸特性的影响。在单因素试验基础上,采用中心组合试验,以卡拉胶浓度、甘油浓度、干燥温度为影响因素,复合膜的拉伸强度为响应值建立二次回归方程,通过响应面分析得到其优化组合。结果表明:卡拉胶浓度对复合膜拉伸强度的影响最大,其次是甘油浓度,最后是干燥温度。当干燥温度34.6℃、甘油浓度0.87%、卡拉胶浓度0.74%时,卡拉胶—明胶复合膜的拉伸强度最佳。在此条件下,卡拉胶—明胶复合膜的拉伸强度的理论预测值为4.519kg,验证值为4.448kg。
The effect of carrageen concentration, glycerol eoncentration,drying temperature on the stretch properties of carrageenange latin complex membrane was studied by response surface methodology(RSM). On the hasis of single factor tests and the Box-Behnken center united experimental design principle, the method of response surface analysis was adopted to build a second order quadratic equation for optimized the stretch properties of carrageenan-gelatin complex membrane. Moreover, Response surface and contour were graphed with the stretch stress as the response value, effects of earragennin, glycerol concentration, drying temperature on the stretch stress were explored. The results indicated that among the three factors, the carrageen concentration had the highest effect on the stretch stress, while drying temperature had the lowest effect. The optimum conditions were as follows: drying temperature of 34.6℃, glycerol concentration of 0. 87%, carrageen concentration of 0.74%. Under the optimum condition, the measured value of stretch stress was 4. 448 kg.
