学术腐败的伦理学分析及其对策

Ethical Analysis on Learning Corruption and the Countermeasures

近年来频繁发生的学术腐败案宣示了学术腐败在我国的严峻性。学术腐败已经成为制约我国学术长远发展的一颗"毒瘤"。学术腐败根源于我国目前不合理的科研评价制度。而站在伦理学的立场上,学术失范的根源在于学术研究者研究目的的伦理模糊。因此,要矫治学术腐败,在伦理学视野下所要做且应当做的是加强学术伦理道德建设,通过研究者的学术自律与制度他律来共筑学术腐败的围堤。

The cases of learning corruption, which happened in recent years, have declared the seriousness of learning corruption in China. Learning corruption is a cancer which has done great harm to the development of China＇s science. As for its reason, the learning corruption derives from China＇s current unreasonable academy system. From a perspective of ethnics, the primary cause of the learning corruption lies in the scholars＇ confusion in learning morals. As a result, what we should as well as what we must do is to reinforce the self - constraint of the scholars as well as the construction of regulations.
