摘要 运用传统的铸造工艺设计方法对轮毂铸钢件铸造工艺进行了初步设计;利用V-Cast模拟软件,对轮毂初始工艺的凝固过程进行了模拟,分析了初始工艺产生缺陷的部位和原因。在此基础上通过添加、调整冷铁,进行工艺优化,最终获得了合适的工艺方案。模拟结果显示,优化工艺实现了轮毂的顺序凝固,消除了缩孔、缩松缺陷。 The original casting process of casting steel wheel boss was designed by conventional design method. The solidification progress of the original casting process for wheel boss was simulated by V-Cast software, the location and the cause of the shrinkage defects of original technology were analyzed. Based on this, the chills were added and changed for process optimization, then the reasonable casting process was designed. The results show that the optimized process can ensure castings progressive solidification, eliminate the shrinkage and the porosity.
