The Strategic Duality of China's New Domestic Entrepreneurial Firms:A Theoretic Exploration Based on the Practice of the Companies—Huawei,Lenovo and Haier

摘要 从企业与环境的动态匹配观点出发,以战略的产业组织、资源基础观和制度基础理论为依据,本文探讨了中国转型发展时期的制度与产业的复杂动态特征及传统文化特质的战略影响,提出了本土新兴成长型企业需具备战略复杂—简练双重性的理论观点。在此基础上,分析和归纳了本土新兴企业的战略复杂性的5个基本维度和战略简练性的两类元规则及其作用,并以华为、联想和海尔案例加以论证和阐释,分析了其面临的战略挑战。文章倡导迈向一个解释中国本土新兴成长型企业战略行为的整合框架,并对其管理认知基础和应用含义进行了探讨。最后,论文对进一步的研究和本土化战略理论发展进行了展望。 Starting from the point of view of the dynamic matching of enterprises with their environment,and based on the strategies of industrial organizations,the resources-based theory and the system-based theory,we have,in this article,probed the strategic impact of the characteristics of the complex dynamic of China's system and the industries in her economic transition,and constructed the theory that China's domestic new growing enterprises(CDNGE) need to have a strategic duality—complexity and simplicity.On this basis,we have made an analysis and induced the 5 basic dimensions of the strategic complexity of CDNGE and inducted the duality rules and their functions of the strategic simplicity.We have taken as cases Huawei,Lenovo and Haier to prove and expound our argument and analyzed the strategic challenges confronting these companies.In this paper,we advocate marching toward the use of an integrated framework that can interpret the strategic behavior of CDNGE,and we have explored the basis of their cognition of management and the implication in application.At the end of this paper,we have envisioned the further study on this subject and the development of the theory of the strategy of localization.
