摘要
对致使含硫、砷浮选金精矿氰化浸出率低,尾渣金、银品位高的原因进行了分析;介绍了目前在提高氰化尾渣金、银浸出率方面所采用的措施,指出通过加入混合添加剂、采用两段焙烧、氰化前加入助浸剂共磨,可使尾渣中金、银的氰化浸出率提高到82.92%和61.54%,品位降至0.55g/t和30 g/t。
The reasons for low cyanidation leaching rate and high tailings grade of floatation gold concentrate are analyzed. The following countermeasures are carried out, to add mixed additive, to adopt two-stage roasting and to add aid leaching agent co-milling before cyaniding. The cyanide leaching rates of gold and silver can be enhanced up to 82.92 % and 61.54 % respectively. And the grades of gold and silver in tailings drop to 0.55 g/t and 30 g/t respectively.
