摘要
全球范围内的智能电网研究和大用户直接交易已成为中国深化电力行业改革的一个新兴的、重要的方向,进一步促进了实现电力科技创新与国民经济的协调发展。总结了国内外智能电网的研究和实践经验,提出了将分布式电源纳入备用市场,探讨了新型备用交易操作平台的概念和职能,建立了相应的优化决策模型,综合考虑了经济性、可靠性、清洁性等因素,最后给出了求解方法和算例进行验证。
The worldwide smart grid and the direct transactions between power consumers and generation enterprises have been a new and important direction to further deepen the realization of electric power technology innovation, and promote the imple- mentation of harmonious development of power and national economy. The research and practical experiences of smart grid at home and abroad are summarized, the way of distributed generation brought into reserve market is proposed, the definition and the function of operation platform of direct transaction are discussed, and the structure of reserve markets in the ancillary serv- ice is studied. Considering the mode of energy - conservation power generation dispatch, the relevant optimization decision model is established, which synthetically considers several factors such as economy, reliability, cleaness. At the end, the sol- ving method and the examples are given and verified.
