月经周期中生殖激素动态变化与原发性不孕关系的探讨

摘要 目的探讨生殖激素水平的动态变化与原发性不孕症的关系。方法选择原发性不孕症患者100例,已育健康者30例,检测周期第10天和第20天生殖激素水平。结果月经周期第10天,不孕组垂体泌乳素(PRL)、孕酮(P)、雌二醇(E2)、孕酮与雌二醇比值(P/E2)明显高于已育组(P<0.01),月经周期第20天,不孕组P、P/E2明显低于已育组(P<0.01),而PRL则高于已育组(P<0.01)。结论周期不同时项的生殖激素水平变化与原发性不孕症密切相关,为促排卵周期的药物个体化治疗提供了实验室依据。 Objective To analyze the relationship between the reproductive hormone and primary infertility. Methords 100 cases with primary infertility were selected as study group, 30 healthy fertile women as the control group, reproductive hormone were measured on the CD 10 and CD 20. Results E2, P and PRL were significantly higher than those in control group (P 〈 0.01 ) ; P and P/Ez on CD 20 were significantly lower than those in control group (P 〈 0.01 ), and PRL were higher than that in control group (P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion The change of the reproductive hormone on menstrued cycle is closely correlated with primary infertility, which provides laboratory basis for individual treatment in controlled ovarian hyperstimulation cycles.
