自2002年渤海自营油田开始试行电潜泵租赁以来,各电潜泵出租方为适应从采购模式到租赁模式的转换,满足承租方提出的租赁要求,出租方在投标策略、供应链、质量体系、技术改进等方面采取了有效的措施,使运行周期延长、租赁收益增加,获得了良好效果。

Baohai self-supporting offshore oilfield started to try ESP rent adopted effective measures such as bidding tactics, supply chain, since 2002. Each ESP lessor had quality system, and technical improvement to meet the requirements of lessees. Extended running period of ESP and increased income showed rent mode had obtained favorable effects.
