摘要
提出一种利用曲线拟合技术进行圆柱端面凸轮数字化设计的方法。该方法根据圆柱端面凸轮的结构特点、工作特性,提出先离散运动曲线,再运用Catmull-Rom三次插值曲线进行拟合,最后运用UG软件的二次开发工具和交互技术,对圆柱端面凸轮进行数字化实体建模。该方法修正了凸轮运动曲线连接处的冲击问题,对建立其他复杂圆柱凸轮数字化模型具有一定的参考价值。
This article presented method for digital design of cylindrical end cam based on curve fitting and correction. Dispersion motion curve is first sketched based on design features and operation characteristics of cylindrical end cam, then using Catmull-Rom cubic interpolation curve fitting method, and finally, digital solid modeling of cylindrical end cam is done with UG secondary development tools and interactive technique,this method can solve the question of impact problems at motion curve connections,and shows its important value of application in digital solid modeling of other complex cylindrical end cam.
