摘要 讨论了镀液组成对镀层成份、结构和表面形貌的影响.结果表明,镀层中的W,P和SiC含量随着Na2WO4·2H2O浓度的提高而增加,随着H3C6H5O7·H2O浓度的升高而降低;Na2WO4·2H2O和H3C6H5O7·H2O浓度对复合镀层的结构影响不大,但对镀层表面形貌影响较大,当Na2WO4·2H2O的浓度为90~150g/L,H3C6H5O7·H2O的浓度为150~170g/L时,可得到颗粒较细的镀层. Effects of the bath composition on deposit composition, structure and morphology of surface and cross section are discussed. Experimental results show that tungsten, phosphorus and silicon carbide contents in the coating increase with the sodium tungstate concentration, but decrease with increasing citric acid concentration. The concentration of sodium tungstate and citric acid has little effect on the coatings structure, but shows considerable effect on the surface morphology. Deposits with finer particles will be obtained when the concentration of sodium tungstate and citric acid is 90~150 g/L and 150~170 g/L respectively.
