摘要
将按严格程序筛选出的36名高职生随机分为实验组和对照组,对实验组进行9次团体心理训练,对照组不作任何处理。结果表明,基于自我管理能力的团体心理训练可以提高高职生的自我管理能力,减少学业拖延行为。
36 higher vocational school students selected strictly were divided into experimental group and reference group,and the experimental group was given 9 times of mental training,and the reference group hasn't been given any disposal,and the results show that,the group mental training based on self-management abilities can enhance students' self-management abilities and reduce students' behavior of delaying school work.
