摘要
研究脱水对人体的生理功能、体力表现和健康具有的危害,认为确保运动者身心健康,有规律地补液预防脱水是绝对必要的.从补液相关成分分析入手,对补液的时间等方面进行分析,研究掌握合理的液体补充方法,旨在提高运动员机能水平和抗疲劳能力.
It is absolutely necessary to study the harm of dehydration to the body's physiological funetions,physical performance and health.We must supply fluids to prevent dehydration and ensure our physical and mental health.Our aims are to enhance the athletes's funetion and anti-fatigue capability,so we have made some analysis on the time and ways of the fluid infusion.
