Analysis Design and Implementation of Project Online Declaration Management Systems

通过对项目申报管理业务流程和需求特点的分析,提出项目网上申报管理系统的目标模型,并对系统的整体框架结构以及各部分功能进行设计,采用B/S(浏览器/服务器)模式进行系统实现并对应用结果进行分析,实际应用表明系统符合项目申报管理要求,在具有相似业务需求和管理特点的领域应用中具有推广和借鉴价值。

The target model of project online declaration management system was proposed by analyzing the business process and needs analysis of the project declaration management. The overall framework and various parts of the system were designed. The Browser / Server mode was adopted to realize the system and the results were analyzed. Practical application indicates that the project management system meets the requirements and it can be referenced to the application fields of similar business needs and management characteristics.
