摘要
目的:正交优选岩黄连的最佳提取工艺。方法:以岩黄连中总生物碱、脱氢卡维丁的含量为指标,比较乙醇和酸水两种不同提取溶媒以及回流、渗漉两种不同提取方法并采用L9(3^4)正交设计,对影响岩黄连提取工艺中的溶剂浓度、溶剂用量、提取时间、提取次数四个因素进行优化筛选。结果:乙醇提取优于酸水提取,回流法提取效果优于渗漉法。醇提最佳工艺条件为A2B2C3D2,即75%乙醇提取,每次加醇量10倍,提取3次,每次提取时间2h。结论:优选得到的工艺简便、稳定可行。
Objective: To optimize the extraction and preparation technics of Corydalis saxicola Bunting by orthogonal design. Method: The Corydalis saxicola Bunting was extracted with the ethanol and acid and by reflux and percolation extracting process respectively ; then the quantity and concentration of ethanol, extracting time and extracting times were investigated with the content of total alkaloids and dehydrogenation as indicators. Result: The ethanol refluxing process was better than the other process in the extraction. The most optimistic condition of extracting of total alkalis and dehydrogenation in ethanol refluxing extracting process was as follows: A2 B2 C3 D2 , the crude drug was extracted for 3 times by using 75 % ethanol, which was 10 times of the amount of the crude drug. Conclusion: This optimize extraction process is simple, stable and viable.
