摘要
目的:建立HPLC法测定阿奇霉素及阿奇霉素胶囊的含量。方法:色谱柱为资生堂C_(18)MGⅡ柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),乙腈-磷酸盐缓冲液(取磷酸氢二钾8.7 g,加水溶解稀释成1000 ml,用磷酸调pH至8.2)(60:40)为流动相,流速为1.0ml·min^(-1),检测波长210 nm。结果:阿奇霉素在17.5~875.0μg·ml^(-1)的范围内,线性关系良好(r=0.999 9)。平均回收率为99.7%,RSD=0.47%(n=9)。结论:本法灵敏、准确、简便。
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for determination of azithromycin in azithromycin and azithromycin capsules. Method: An HPLC system was equipped with a CAPCELL PAK C18 MG Ⅱ column (250mm×4.6mm,5μm), using acetonitrile- phosphate buffer (to dissolve dipotassium hydrogen phosphate 8.7 g diluting to 1000 ml with water,and adjust pH to 8.2 with phos- phoric acid) (60:40)as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1. The detective wavelength was at 210 nm. Result: The linear range of azithromycin was 17.5-875.0μg·ml^-1( r = 0. 999 9), the average recovery was 99.7% (n = 9) ;Conclusion: This method is sensitive, accurate and simple.
