温针灸治疗亨特面瘫疗效观察

Observations on the Therapeutic Effect of Warm Needling on Hunt Facial Paralysis

目的观察温针灸治疗亨特面瘫的临床疗效。方法将60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。两组取穴相同,治疗组采用温针灸,对照组采用普通针刺。观察两组的临床疗效、疼痛缓解情况及治疗前后麻痹指数、麻痹程度的变化。结果温针灸能明显缓解疼痛,改善患者的麻痹指数、麻痹程度。治疗组愈显率90.0%,对照组愈显率26.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论温针灸可以明显提高亨特面瘫的临床疗效。

Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of warm needling on Hunt facial paralysis. Methods Sixty patients were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups. Same points were selected for the two groups. The treatment group received warm needling and the control group, conventional acupuncture. The clinical therapeutic effects, the degree of pain relief and pre-/post-treatment changes in numbness index and degree were evaluated in the two groups. Results Warm needling relieved the pain and reduced numbness index and degree obviously in the patients. The cure and marked efficacy rate was 90.0% in the treatment group and 26.7% in the control group; there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Warm needling can obviously improve the clinical therapeutic effect on Hunt facial paralysis.
