中医治疗出血性中风疗效观察

Observation on therapeutic efficacy of TCM in treating hemorrhagic stroke

目的：观察清开灵注射液、复方丹参注射液、生脉注射液和醒脑静注射液，及中药辨证施治联合治疗出血性中风临床疗效。方法：将１２０例出血性中风患者随机分为治疗组６０例和对照组６０例。治疗组采用清开灵注射液、复方丹参注射液、生脉注射液和醒脑静注射液静滴，同时辅以中药辨证治疗；并与对照组用西医常规疗法治疗相比较。结果：治疗组总有效率为８８．３％，对照组总有效率为６８．３％，２组比较Ｐ＜０．０５；治疗组３日内患者意识从嗜睡、昏迷恢复至清醒状态所占比例由３３．３％提高到６１．１％，且副作用发生率减低。结论：中医多种方法联合治疗出血性中风疗效好，缩短了患者昏迷时间，副作用减少，值得临床推广使用。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Qingkailing Injection ,composite salvia miltiorrhiza injection,Shengmai Injection ,Xingnaojing Injection and syndrometype in TCM in treating hemorrhagic stroke.Methods:One hundred and twenty cases of hemorrhagic stroke were divided randomly into treatment group (n=60) and control group (n=60).The treatment group was treated with intravenous Qingkailing Injection,composite salvia miltiorrhiza injection,Shengmai Injection,Xingnaojing Injection and syndrometype in TCM therapy;the control group was treated with conventive western medicine.Results:The total effective rates were 883% and 683% in treatment group and control group respectively.In the treatment group,the coma patients were restored consciousness,it were raised from 333% to 611%,the rates of sideeffect were decreased.Conclusions:There were better therapeutic effects of multiple treatment methods of TCM in treating hemorrhagic stroke.It can shorten the coma time,decrease sideeffect,so it is valuable to spread use.
