摘要
通过提取大二和大四学生英语作文中出现的各类高频词块,分析并探讨了两组不同年级学生在词块运用方面显现出来的差异性。以此为参照,进一步分析和考察了英语专业学生预制词块运用的发展性特征。研究结果显示,不同年级学生在词块使用上并没有显著差异,这可能从另一个侧面说明,学生的词块习得在到达了某一更高级的学习阶段后出现了"固化"。
Through analyzing various kinds of high-rate vocabulary chunk of argumentative compositions written by Grade 2 and Grade 4 college students majoring in English, the paper tries to explore differences/ similarities between students of different grades in regard to the feature of chunk using. After comparing, it further dicusses the developmental features of chunks. The result shows that students in different grades have no significant difference in chunk using. This may be causeal by the reason that when students' acquisition of chunk develops to a higher stage, the "fossilization" appears.
