摘要
运用生态足迹分析模型,定量研究了云南省区域产业结构变化的生态环境效应。结果表明,云南省区域产业结构的优化产生了良好的生态环境效应,区域经济的环境资源利用效率有所提高,每万元GDP所需要的生物生产性土地面积从2000年的2.63 hm2下降到2005年的2.15 hm2;整个产业结构的生态环境友好程度得到了提升,产业结构的生态环境影响指数从2000年的1.551下降到2005年的1.375;由于产业规模的扩大以及明显的重工业化发展趋势,工业环境资源利用效率不断下降,云南区域产业结构优化带来的生态环境"红利"并未使生态环境压力有明显的改善。
Ecological footprint analysis model was adopted to empirically study the eeo-environmental effect caused by the variation of regional industrial structure in Yunnan Province. Results showed that the optimization of regional industrial structure in Yunnan Province produced a good eco-environmental effect. Utilization efficiency of environmental resources had been improved and biological productive land area for obtaining 10 000 yuan GDP was decreased from 2.63 hm2 in 2000 to 2.15 hm2 in 2005. Eco-environmental friendliness of the whole industrial structure vas improved ,and the eco-environment impact index was decreased from 1. 551 in 20130 to 1. 375 in 21305. Due to the enlargement of industrial scale and the obvious heavy industrialization trend,utilization efficiency of industrial environmental resources was decreasing gradually. Tnerefore ,the "dividend" of ecolog- ical environment caused by the optimization of industrial structure couldn't improve the eco-environmental pressure obviously.
