网状聚氨酯泡沫材料具有较高的空隙率、较小的流体流动阻力、较好的稳定性、良好的机械性能和可靠的抑制火焰及爆炸传播的能力，被广泛地用作飞机等军事装备燃油箱的防火抑爆填充材料；同时还作为“骨架”材料用于生产网状陶磁和网状金属材料。本文介绍了网状聚氨酯泡沫材料的多种制各方法、材料的主要特性及应用情况。

The reticulated polyurethane foam is over 90 Percent void, less resistant to fiuid, more stable at elevated temperatures and has property to suppress fire and/or explosion. The reticulated polyurethane foam is not only used as fire and explosion suppressing means packed in vehicles' fuel tank but also used to preduce reticulated ceramics and meals.This paper describes the properties and applications of reticulated polyurethane foam and its manufacture.
