摘要
运用根号矩形分割法,分析了21例明式家具构件的尺寸关系,得出相应的比例网络。用视觉长度相对差别阈限、Wilcoxon配对样本符号秩检验和尺寸公差等级评价等方法,检验比例网络的有效性。结果表明:尺寸质量特征总体评价良好:家具轮廓与比例框架的相对偏差<2%,特征点配对坐标值差异无统计学意义,构件尺寸波动量处于±5 mm范围,对应公差等级WIT2~WIT5。比例网络的建立,为研究明式家具的尺度控制规律提供了参考依据。
Proportional dimension relations of 21 pieces of Ming-style furniture were analyzed by means of root rectangle partition method, and the corresponding proportional net-works were obtained. The effectiveness of the proportional net-works was examined by means of the relative differential threshold of visual length, the Wilcoxon matched pairs signed ranks test and grade evaluation of dimension tolerance. The results are as follows: most evaluation results on dimension features were very good, and the relative deviations between dimensions of actual furniture and those of proportional net-works were less than 2 % ; there were no significant statistic differences between the coordinate values for most featuring points; the dimensions of furniture components vibrated in the range of ± 5 mm, and the corresponding dimension tolerances grade WIT2 - WIT5. The set of proportional net-works can be used in the studies on configu- ration design of Ming-style furniture.
