摘要
依据我国煤炭行业标准MT313-1992《液压支架立柱技术条件》,通过建立双伸缩立柱计算模型,研究了双伸缩立柱强度计算方法,以某360型双伸缩立柱为例,根据其结构特点,分别进行了全行程伸出加1.5倍额定轴向载荷时活柱、中缸和外缸强度计算。结论认为,该型立柱强度储备良好,计算方法合理,可为相关设计计算提供依据。
Based on the China coal industry standard MT313-1992, through establishing mechanics model, the strength calculation method of doubly-telescopic prop is studied. Based on the structural features, the strength calculation is fulfilled for the top prop, the middle cylinder and the bottom cylinder of a 360-type doubly-telescopic prop, which is in the state of whole travel and loaded 1.5 times axial rated load. The result shows that the 360-type doubly-telescopic prop has sufficient safety margin. The calculation method is credible which may a reference be for other correlative calculation.
