论高职院校的素质教育与创新人才培养

On essential quality-oriented education and innovative talent training at higher vocational colleges

培养创新人才是素质教育的最终目标,素质教育是培养创新人才的重要途径。高职院校的素质教育有其特定的内涵和表征,其培养的创新人才规格也有别于其他教育形态。为实现培养创新人才的素质教育目标,高职院校必须创新素质教育理念,创新素质教育机制,创新素质教育的内容和方式。

Training innovative talents is the ultimate goal of essential quality-oriented educateon; essential quality- oriented education is an important channel. The essential-quality-oriented education at higher vocational colleges has its distinctive connotations and features. The qualifications of the innovative talents trained under such a training mode are different from those in other forms of education. Higher vocational colleges are supposed to innovate the conception, the mechanism and the contents and forms of the essential quality-oriented education to realize the goal of the training innovative talents in essential quality-oriented education.
