An Attempt at Using Wet method to Collect and Convey the Particles from Lime Kiln Electric precipitator System

为了提高石灰炉电除尘投入率，获得经济和环保双重效益，佳纸集团的工程技术人员采用了流体输送方式电除尘器湿法输灰工艺流程。

To solve the technical problems in using dry method to collect and convey the particles from lime kiln electric precipitator,the process of wet method collecting particles and fluid conveyance was adopted in Jiamusi Paper Mill.The practical operation results indicated that process flow design is reasonable,the systems run stable,the operation rate of electric precipitator is improved a lot ,the fly losses decrease significantly and the economic and social benefits are very great.
