主动固定电极临床应用的可行性和安全性研究 被引量：2

摘要 由于右心室心尖部及右心耳特殊的解剖结构及起搏的稳定性等特点，因此成为传统的心脏起搏部位。但随着对传统起搏部位弊端的认识，认为长期有心室心尖部（RVA）起搏可导致心肌病，引起血流动力学障碍，尤其是在心功能已受损的患者中可诱发或加重心力衰竭；
