主动固定电极临床应用的可行性和安全性研究

摘要
由于右心室心尖部及右心耳特殊的解剖结构及起搏的稳定性等特点,因此成为传统的心脏起搏部位。但随着对传统起搏部位弊端的认识,认为长期有心室心尖部(RVA)起搏可导致心肌病,引起血流动力学障碍,尤其是在心功能已受损的患者中可诱发或加重心力衰竭;
