中药材板蓝根中20种农药的多残留快速分析方法 被引量:3

摘要 为研究板蓝根中20种农药多残留快速分析方法,以丙酮:二氯甲烷(2:1)为提取溶剂,采用超声波法提取,硅胶柱;争化,石油醚:丙酮(4:6)淋洗,带电子捕获检测器的气相色谱仪检测农药残留。结果表明,该方法在0.O1~15.0mg·kg^-1范围内线性关系良好,相关系数大于0.9965。板蓝根中20种农药的平均添加回收率为74.1%~105.8%该方法的最低检出限(LOD)在O.1~2.5μg·kg^-1范围,定量检出限(LOQ)在0.4~8.2μg·kg^-1范围,相对标准偏差小于14%.该方法快速、简便、价廉。 A rapid multi-residue analytical method for determination of 20 pesticides in Isatis indigotica Fort. by gas chromatography was developed. The sample was extracted by ultrasonic with acetone/dichloromethane(2: 1, v/v) ,then the extract was cleaned up with petroleum ester acetone (4: 6,v/v) on a silica gel column and detected by GC/ECD. The ECD response for all of the 20 pesticides was linear between 0. 01 and 15 mg·kg^-1 ,and the correlation coefficients were greater than 0. 996 5 for all pesticides. Average recoveries of 20 pesticides were 74. 1% 105.8% with RSD smaller than 14%. For the method, LOD ranged from 0. 1 to 2.5 μg·kg^-1 ,while LOQ ranged from 0.4 to 8.2 μg·kg^-1 in the 20 pesticides. The method is easy and economic method for multi-residue analysis of pesticides.
