指出传统商业街代表着城市昔日的辉煌,是城市宝贵的记忆,其保护与更新是城市建设最为棘手的问题,从建筑现象学的视角出发,分析了传统商业街的保护更新方法,以寻求继续地方传统商业街场所精神的途径。

It points out that traditional commercial street represents past glory of city,and is precious memory of the city,its protection and renewing is most difficulty problem in city construction,commences on the building phenomenology,analyzes protection renewing method of the traditional commercial street,so as to find way of perpetuating sprite of local traditional commercial street field.
