The peaceful settlement of the Xi＇an Incident was a sign that the two parties （KMP and CCP） cooperated again and the Anti -Japanese National United Front shaped. At first, there were serious differences on how to deal with Jiang and to resolve the incident. So the process of Xi＇an Incident settled is very complex.
